Just felt like sharing with you this awesome (for me) metal bands. Hope you enjoy it (or not). All links are myspace pages so you can listen to sample music. Just select the song and go Play.
Deathspell Omega (Avantgarde Progressive Black Metal), my favorite black metal band of all times, it's very deep and philosophical, plus the music is top notch.
Maudlin of the Well (Progressive Metal), a new one in my collection, recommendation from a guy I met. Very good recommendation indeed.
Watain (Black Metal), black metal in it's pure, raw form. Very important band in the genre.
Akercocke (Death Black Ambient Progressive Metal), this one's a jewel. Coming from London, this guys REALLY know how to play and compose out-of-this-world tunes. A musical roller coaster, you don't know what's coming ahead, with EXTREME ups and downs.
Agalloch (Atmospheric Folk/Dark Metal), another recommendation, great band, very atmospheric tunes and sounds, kinda depressing, relaxing but intense, good company for a bottle of whiskey, or a walk in the park :)
